		<description>I used to follow the Body for Life meal plan but now only eat to satisfy my needs and cravings.  I feel much better doing that becasue some days I am hungrier than others and vise versa.
Love the vega powder you suggested.....Love eating mostly vegan......

		<description>I find plans hard to stick to, because the minute I say it is going to be a plan then I find it kinda restrictive. I think they are good if you can stick to them, for now though my best plan is to just eat when I am hungry and listen to what my body (not my brain) actually needs. It is hard with my travelling too, so I try to just do what feels right at the time. Go you though, I am interested to see how  you go!</description>
