Cleaning Up Your Diet After Christmas!

It’s a week into the new year, can you believe it?! I know many of my friends are like me and “officially” cleaning up the holiday diet and starting new health goals, today.

It’s Monday, so why not?! Right??

Over the weekend I packed up Hudson and went for a walk through the forest.

Walking in nature is a fabulous way for you to connect and it allowed me to get ├╝ber clear on what I want out of 2014….my health goals are ready to rock!

I technically put the Christmas goodies down after Christmas, but chocolate still lingers, extra carbs are still kicking around and cheese is in my fridge. Cheese. I rarely eat cheese.

So last night I made a healthy, cheese less salad that is going to be very similar to what I’ll be eating for one of my meals over the next 90 days!

Spinach, cilantro, tomatoes, peppers, hummus and chicken.

Mmmm.

Today marks my new 90 day challenge, day 1 baby! My goal is to lose any holiday mush and add lean muscle back on! I’ll be eating often, higher protein and my treats will be sweetened with stevia ;)

I’m totally keeping in weekly meals that I enjoy, like my favorite muffin from Whole Foods ;) chocolate and coffee!

    Mmm I love using hummus as a salad dressing! The forest is my go-to place to re-connect and think.
