Legit. I’m addicted to Starbucks Chocolate Cinnamon Loaf….I tend to buy one and share it because I know what’s probably in it.
The fabulous news is I took my addiction to the kitchen and I made a vegan, sugar free cinnamon chocolate loaf!! Guilt Free, BABY!!
Does it taste as good as the sugar filled Starbucks treat? Not as “sweet” with that sugar topping, but pretty darn close!
My mission is to keep us free flowing, in a state of self love and connection and I believe eating less crap and more whole foods, you’ll achieve this….so let’s dive in!
Vegan Chocolate Cinnamon Loaf (Wheat Free & Sugar Free):
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp oat flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp true cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
5 packs stevia + 1 for topping
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
2 tbsp hot water
5 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil melted
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all dry ingredients together. I use a whisk to remove all the cocoa clumps.
Mix chia and water and let sit for 30 seconds until “egg like”
Whisk together the milk, oil and chia egg. Add the wet to the dry, adding more milk if needed.
Pour batter into a square baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Sprinkle the loaf with more stevia and cinnamon if desired.
I’m in serious love with this moist, sweet bread….
