Crunchy Chocolate Seed Clusters & Etsy Shop Live

Good Morning!

I hope you had a fabulous weekend full of fun, love and enjoyment :)

My weekend was full of all 3 things.  I was baking, setting up the Etsy shop and working on our packaging for B.Belles Bakery to get rolling.  I can honestly tell you I love every minute of everything I have to complete and learn for this gluten free, vegan bakery.  Yes, I do get stressed out and overwhelmed, but I take this as a sign of  growth :)

The weekend was also full of eating a lot.

We ate at my parents place a few nights after long days in the “test kitchen” and I have been noticing I am craving a lot of sweets lately after trying all the cookies.  Last night we got home after a long Bakery day and instead of making vanilla chai banana cake, eating chocolate chips or sandwich cookies, I decided to make these little critters……

Crunchy Chocolate Seed Clusters.

You all know I am a HUGE fan of fun clusters and seed bark and really add seeds to everything that is a no bake sweet treat or snack.

Last night I decided to change things up a bit and add my new favourite cereal to the mix and add the melted chocolate throughout the treat itself…..

Feast your eyes on this.

Crunchy Chocolate Seed Clusters:

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp flax seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips {melted}

1/4 cup perky’s crunchy flax cereal {by enjoy life brand}

To Make Crunchy Chocolate Seed Clusters:

Mix together seeds.

Add in coconut oil, cereal and melted chocolate.

Scoop 1 tsp sized clusters onto a parchment lined tray and place in the freezer for 30 minutes before digging in!

It is true, the B.Belles Bakery Etsy Shop is now open for business!!!  We are currently only accepting orders to our Canadian Customers until we get everything sorted out.  We have 2 items for sale in the shop currently, but we will be increasing our shop within the next few days with different sizes, flavours and variety packs :)

If you are in the US of A and would really like to try some of these delicious Gluten Free, Vegan Sandwich Cookies, please email me and we can work somethin’, somethin’ out.

I really appreciate all of your support through this exciting time in my life.  We are half way to our dream of having a store front “healthy” Bakery!!!  This is a true lesson that dreams do come true when you take the correct Action Steps.

Please  go and ”LIKE” the B.Belles Bakery – Gluten Free Vegan Baked Goods Facebook Fan Page :)  Thank You!

Have a great day my friend!

Do you order goodies online?  How do feel about seeds in your dessert treats?

To Your Glam Life,

xxoo

Kris

    Neat to have all of those seeds but no nuts! I would be happy to have a “seedy” dessert haha.

    I definitely love seeds in my desserts…I am crazy about nutty seedy (chocolatey) things like this!
    So excited for your bakery endeavor!
    I buy certain things online, but not a whole bunch since I have some awesome local stuff to choose from. I’ll be moving soon though, so I anticipate my online-goodies-purchasing to go up….
