Where shall I begin? Its Saturday, almost a week after my 30th birthday and I am still getting showered with love, dinners and presents. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, but a girl can get used to this, and well, I am…..
I might be a little sad after Sunday night when my last birthday outing ends knowing I am not going to be gushed over for another year
”You’re so vain……I’ll bet you think this song is about you, don’t you?, don’t you???” Yes. My head is huge, and I am lovin’ the lovin’!
Thursday night I was surprised to be taken out to dinner at a favourite Indian Restaurant where we met up with friends and the parental units! It was such a blast and we ate great food, drank a little vino and opened prezzies!
How lucky am I?? Thanks again Kate and Sukhi, I love you!!
I am sooooo starting this 21 day cleanse next week and I am ready to rock my healthy socks off!
Friday night was another glorious family dinner with the part of the family who could not attend on the first Tuesday night bash. We dinned BBQ style and ate a lot.
We served up some amazing Molten Lava Cakes {Will be in the B.Belles Bakery Shop very soon!} with coconut ice cream. I am one happy Birthday Girl!
Today I am resting from all the activities and eating mounds of these balls.
I was searching for a cookie and go figure, no cookie to be found in this condo, so the next best thing to do is whip up a 5 ingredient treat that requires no fuss, no muss and no baking! I swear I am the queen of 5 ingredient sweets.
These will be perfect for your Valentines Day fun and they are nice to your waist line. We will chat more about love day tomorrow, but remember to indulge some.
Crunchy Coconut Chip Mounds:
1/2 cup perky’s crunchy flax cereal
1/4 cup shredded coconut {unsweetened}
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 heaping tbsp sunflower seed butter
To Make Crunchy Coconut Chip Mounds: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix up!
Roll into balls and place on a place. Keep balls in the fridge and eat throughout your day!
Stay tuned tomorrow for your Vegan Valentines Day Menu!

Thanks Doll!!
I think Kris’ approach is one of a kind and I can really relate to her. I am quite the “potty” mouth sometimes and I can see that my writing style can be a lot like hers
Love the info so far!

I just finished reading Crazy Sexy Diet last night! I loved it!! I want to try the 21-day cleanse ASAP, but I’m going to be traveling for work for the next week and a half, which might make it a challenge! Instead, I think I’m going to work on cutting out sugar (AFTER Valentine’s Day, that is!) as well as fish and eggs– so basically, I’m holding onto my beloved goat cheese until my trip is over.
Can’t wait to hear how the cleanse goes for you, too! Do you have a certain day that you plan on starting? Maybe we can be cleanse buddies!
