What I’m Seriously Loving Right Now

How are ya?

I hope you’re having a great morning full of a lovely breakfast and a warm bevy that you love….I know that’s what I’m enjoying right now!

Breakfast is the Cinnamon Yogurt Mousse that I shared yesterday {huge hit around town!} and some blueberries on top with a nice piping hot cuppa joe.

On Facebook yesterday I posted what I learned at the gym….

Things I learned at the gym today….1.  My FAV Song to bang out weight to is – Nothing Really Matters, David Guetta & will.i.am 2. Lifting weights and thinking about dinner messes you up…you lose count fast  3.  Camel Toe DOES happen in Wunder Unders, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise and New Nail Polish ALWAYS looks killer when lifting Dumbbells ;)   What did you learn today??

So yes…all of this was TRUE for me yesterday :)

I’m also in love with Nuts.

I’m a serial Whole Foods bulk bin shopper when it comes to nuts.  I like a variety.  I love them salted, but never buy them salted or I eat wayyyy too many!  I keep it to roughly 1/4 cup nuts a day, but I always dip in more.

Healthy snacking!

Speaking of healthy snacking, I’m marrying these.  Sea Weed Snacks!

This brand, SeaSnax just came to Whole Foods and they have a few different flavors I’m super excited to try out!  So far I’m loving CHIPOLTE!!!!  Boom!

I’ve come to the conclusion over these last two weeks of increasing cals, I LOVE to snack, so keeping up with healthy snacking is my strength. I am good at it :)

Yesterday was a gorgeous day of working my legs!  I rocked out some leg presses, squats, leg curls, and everything else that my body double, Jamie has told me to do. Today is Shoulders and Abs and I’m rocking this session out with Rachel today and I think we’re actually videoing it for everyone on the internet and facebook to see!!

    Love that color…I am loving a similar color by Opi..it has a bit more red though…I am excited to see your new video..p.s. the bulk bins are seriously my fav place to shop…plus, the produce section!! I am set!!!

    Yes, show videos! Your videos are always awesome :) Favorite nail polish is anything by O.P.I. – the shatter polishes and “regular” ones.

    is myfitnesspal easy to use? i need to start using a tracker to get me focused again! and i’m an opi girl when it comes to nail polish though there are a couple essie colors i love!

    Pretty nail polish! My fav right now is Chanel orange fizz. I have a nut addiction too and my fiance always buys them from the bulk bin at WF too. You sound like you’re a Whole Foods addict just like us. We go there like 3 or 4 times a week and the staff know us pretty well. They always joke that we should get part time jobs there. Have a great workout :-) I’m heading to my treadmill now!
