How are ya??

I hope you’re having a wonderful morning, snuggled up with a cup of coffee and catching up on the magical wonders of the internet.  Love this space!

I’m up early on a Saturday as I have an early 3 way call and lets face it, no calls can happen early without a cup of coffee….phu-lease!  So I’m sippin, waiting for breakfast, which mostly likely will be Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder, Cinnamon and a Pear.  I’m in love with this combo right now.  Amaze.

Since I started my muscle developing journey, I get asked a lot what I consume before a session in the gym.  Rachel, my gorgeous friend from Texas and Business partner and I decided to shoot a video explaining what we eat before workouts and show a bit of our Shoulder and Abs session from Thursday.

Today is a busy busy day, I’ll be Flashmobbing in a huge mall here in our area, doing a lot of calls and then some WINE!  Boom to the moon!

    you’re going to be in a flashmob?? oh my gosh how fun!! i eat preworkout on the weekend but not during the week.. my reason has nothing to do with fat burning falacies though… i wake up at 5:15 and i’m not willing to wake up earlier just so i can let my food digest before i workout… i do eat immediately after though and make sure to get in some protein!!

    love the video! you two are so funny ;-) I often workout before lunch, in which case my big breakfast is my workout fuel (usually fruit & yogurt or oats). If I workout super early, I often can’t eat in the morning, so in that case i’ll often have a little snack (banana? oatmeal?) before bed. Generally I stick to fruit and nuts as fuel! Then protein-filled green smoothies after. always.

    Have fun with the flashmob! Sounds like a blast! Cute video :) I usually don’t eat pre workout. I get up so early, I just can’t eat anything. So I eat a big snack before bed

    Love the video girls. My favourite pre-workout snack is a piece of gf buckwheat bread with some kind of protein and maybe a handful of nuts or some grapes for extra energy.
