I’m up early on a Saturday as I have an early 3 way call and lets face it, no calls can happen early without a cup of coffee….phu-lease! So I’m sippin, waiting for breakfast, which mostly likely will be Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder, Cinnamon and a Pear. I’m in love with this combo right now. Amaze.
Since I started my muscle developing journey, I get asked a lot what I consume before a session in the gym. Rachel, my gorgeous friend from Texas and Business partner and I decided to shoot a video explaining what we eat before workouts and show a bit of our Shoulder and Abs session from Thursday.
