Strawberry FroYo Peanut Butter Cup

Happy Tuesday, Doll!

How are ya?

Surprise!  I have a treat for you today!!  Before we get into this treat…..

We’ll chat Eats.

Besides sleeping, sipping coffee, blogging and fitness, I love EATING!  I swear eating 2000 + cals a day is not hard for me.  It may be harder for me mentally, but physically, please, I’m a grazer, I’m a snacker, a midnight attacker and I freaking love it.

I can not go to Starbucks and have a coffee and not have a snack.  Are you like this too??  I go and I bring a Baked Good {akkkhhhmmm Cinnamon Bun Protein Cake!}  that I’ve made or I bring a Nutra Cookie and sip then nibble, sip then nibble…

This was morning yesterday.  I sipped while Ryan had a Chiropractors appointment in West Vancouver…I was in calm heaven.

Then we wandered over to the beach after the sippin session and did some work!

I swear, we can do most of our business from our iPhones and it freaking ROCKS!  Monday morning and we’re hanging at the beach…I think that means we have…..

HAHAHAHAH!!!

I’m so cheesy!  I’m surprised you keep coming back ;)   LOL!

So I do eat other items besides the above, trust me.

Lately I’ve been in love with morning Greek Yogurt Protein Parfait!

This morning I’m having Cinnamon Yogurt Mousse with Pears and Blueberries.

I’ve also found that my Delicious Shakes are allowing girly chick muscles on!

I have added in some chicken to my diet….and eat this with a BIG green Salad.  Over the last week I’ve been finding Fruit in my Salad to Speak to me.  Its seriously da bomb when you find a Strawberry or a Piece of Pear kickin it with your Avocado.  Drizzled with the Coconut Oil Dressing.  Amazing.

Mmmmm…

Ok, ok, you know me, besides salads, I’ll also eat massive amounts of healthy treats….I swoon for them.

Strawberry FroYo Peanut Butter Cups:

*makes 1 cup

1 brown rice cake

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp greek yogurt

1 strawberry

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder {vi shape shake mix}

3 drops liquid stevia

To Make Strawberry FroYo Peanut Butter Cup: In a bowl combine the broken up rice cake and combine well with the peanut butter.

Place the peanut butter rice mixture into muffin liner.  Press into a nice “crust”

In a blender blend the remaining ingredients to make a smooth mixture.

Spoon on the strawberry yogurt on top of the peanut butter crust and place in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.

Are these a little weird???  I know, but they are delicious and I’m grasping at Healthy Muscle Building Straws here!

Today I am off to Starbucks, off to a meeting, getting back to business, then some working out!  Today is Chest and Abs!!!  YES!

Comment Below! Do you make strange treats with whatever you have in the house??

To Your Glam Life,

xxoo

Kris – I always love your treats because they’re healthy and yummy! The only thing I don’t like is waiting for them to “bake” in the freezer! Haha! I want my treat ASAP.

    Have a fun day,
    Kilee

I’m not a coffee drinker but yes, I can’t go to Starbucks and have tea without a snack. I have to sneak in my own treats so they’re not as bad. My favourite is some kind of biscotti with tea but I have yet to make a protein biscotti and I am trying to cut down the carb-only snacks. When you’re vegetarian, you rarely need more opportunities to eat carbs! haha

I love how cheesy you are (your word, not mine, I don’t think you’re cheesy!). It’s just obvious you’ve found something to do that you love and that you’re happy! We’ll have to do a West Van Starbucks date soon – especially with this weather and the seawall right there!

Hey I live in the Okanagan. I frequently go to Vancouver and I was just wondering where you buy you Nunaturals and fushion beauty yellow primer? Anywhere in Vancouver or do you get these online?
    Thanks,

That combo actually sounds really good! Although I might sub almond for peanut butter. I am a total PB lover, but lately my taste buds are craving something slightly different…almond butter has saved the day!
