Day 37 LiveFit Trainer {+ a Few of My Favorite Things}

Happy Wednesday, Doll!

How are ya??

I hope you’re having a sunny morning like I am.  I am actually surprised we’ve had a week straight of sunshine and heat….we are blessed.

Last night on Facebook I asked what you’d like to see as a Challenge – A Lifestyle Challenge or a Healthy / Fitness Challenge and it was so exciting to see the answers.  I am always down for both as the weight lifting gal in me loves fitness and the Life Coach gal in me love the Lifestyle and Mindset.  So freaking awesome that we can change our inner and outer world so easily and with so much passion, isn’t it??

Before I hit you up on Facebook, I hit the gym and rocked out Chest, Abs and Cardio for Day 37 of the LiveFit Trainer.  I am actually feeling a bit of anxiety around this challenge as I haven’t seen huge, huge results yet, but I know its because I am only at Day 37, but I’m also freaking out because I feel like I only have a short time until my toes are in the sand in Miami.  I know I am just being Crazy, so you have to listen to me blabber….

Day 37 – Cardio Blast!

Can you believe I was cranky yesterday??  I also publicly displayed that on Facebook yesterday too.  Jeepers.  But as I said, coffee made me better.  It fixed my cranky pants.

I will tell you, the new Nike Kicks are crushing it, I love them!

During my workouts I’m getting fueled with David Guetta!  Who doesn’t like a good techno beat to help you keep your mind right in the game?  I find this kind of music really pumps me up and makes me push those weights that don’t want to be pushed go harder.  Yes, I talk to my muscles and my weights.  Gotta love on your body ;)

Dinner was gloriously simple.

Egg White Scramble with Pepper, Spinach and Avocado.  Done like dinner.

Lately I’ve been loving my egg whites…they fill me up and give me protein which I feel I function best off of.

What I’ve really been loving is this water, Vortex H20, I get from Whole Foods!  It is 9.5 PH {Super Alkaline} and totally rehydrates me after a good workout.  I know the plastic bottle is kinda pissy, but I really enjoy the water.  I really truly, recycle everything!

I also picked up some new goodies from the local drug store!

Ok, Ok, here is the thing….I was so excited about this Natural Mineral Deodorant by Secret and everyone was filling me in that it wasn’t all “Natural” as it claims.  I figured it was better than what I normally use and should really look into a good REAL Natural Deodorant that really works!

Right now my friend, I have to eat breakfast, wash my hair, and head to my morning appointment…then I’m back home after I pick up a coffee {I predict} and then back to work, hopefully on the patio ;)

Comment Below! Do you use all natural deodorant??  What brand do you use?  Do you buy your makeup and necessities from the local drug store?

To Your Glam Life,

xxoo

I’ve never tried that natural deodorant, so make sure you let us know what you think! I bought that exact mascara last Fall — we had a costume Halloween wedding in Vegas and I thought it would be perfect with my sexy pirate costume — um, I hated it! I found it to be soooo clumpy!!! I have really long eyelashes, so maybe that’s why I had a problem, but I’ve tried it a couple of times since because it’s just sitting there alone and neglected in my makeup bag, but I’ve never been able to make it work.

I buy most of my makeup and necessities from the Real Canadian Superstore. I also get some makeup from Arbonne and Mark (Avon).

PS – your arms are looking ah-mazing!!!

I love that Vortex water!!! I think I missed the post on why you are going to Miami – what is taking you there? You get to travel to such lovely places! Miami is sooooo nice and — hottttt! :)

Ooh I asked you this on the FB group but figured I may as well throw it in here too – what brand of whey do you use? I use Kaizen Naturals right now but am open to suggestions if yours doesn’t give you issues! Is it whey or whey isolate?

I just started making my own deodorant and it works really well! I was surprised! 1/4C Baking soda, a couple TSP coconut oil, 2 drops of tea tree oil, put it in an empty deodorant container and BAM! done!
