Back In Business!

Happy Monday, Doll!

How are ya??

So I am back in Vancouver as of 2am and after 13 hours of straight driving, minus the 10pm dinner last night at a grocery store in Kamloops.

We rolled in here…

And I BEE LINED it to the Veggie Section, picked up boxes of Lettuce, Sugar Snap Peas and Baby Carrots.  Then I beelined it to the dressing section and found any dressing that had 0 sugar in it, added a little Tuna on the side and called it dinner.

After traveling and eating out a lot at restaurants all I wanted was GREENS!!  you know that feeling?? I was done with the restaurant food so I just sat in the middle of the veggies and dug in.  No, I didn’t, but I was tempted.

The weekend was a lot of eating and eating out with our Alberta team.  Saturday night we all went out for dinner and drinks and ended up at the After Party where too many shots were being poured

Our friend Jason bought a 100 shots for everyone and I didn’t even have ONE!  I was sipping my red all night  Maybe it was a wee too much red, but still I figured it was better than shots.

We danced and chatted the night away!

Annnnnnd the next morning was rough getting up early to go to a one on one meeting {thank god it was at Starbucks} then hosting a call from our brunch table with our heads still spinning….

We did a quick stop to my favorite store in West Edmonton Mall and picked up a couple things!

Shopping was short lived because A.  we were too tired.  B.  We had to get our butts in the rental car to haul booty back to Vancouver.  The journey home started right after my shopping did.

The drive home was gorgeous!!

Besides the flippin wildlife cruising around our cars, my favorite part of the trip was stopping at the gas station to pick up snacks

The good news is I’m back in business around here, posting on the regular days and times.  Traveling is nice, but I also love my routine.

The next stop is Chicago and Indiana in June and then Miami and Bahamas in July, so until then, I’m sharing my days with you…. regularly

Now my friend, I am off to get STARBUCKS, drop the rental car off and pick up groceries from Whole Foods…in my new Purple T!  hehe
