Happy Weekend, Doll!
How are ya??
I’ve realized over the years that my mind and my heart tell me different things. Its like they are the good and bad on my shoulder slyly whispering if I should do something or not….
When I used to get pushed up against the wall with my mind telling me no, I’d bow down and listen, stepping back and resenting my decision.
Over the last year I can really feel my heart making the decisions in life and its never been like this before! I can actually feel and know when something is right, even if I don’t see how its possible or what the next piece of the puzzle is.
For example with business, my mind was saying NO WAY, but my heart knew we could succeed at this. The Jamie Eason LiveFit…..oh brother, my mind said NO because I didn’t want to gain weight, but my heart was screaming for me to try something and stick to it. So I took action on both of these things and I believe they’ve paid off
How do you know when your hearts talking to you??
You’ll feel that twinge inside that will be like “YES”, but then your mind kicks in trying to find a way and you back off and let it go.
Some people can’t even find that feeling in their heart because they are so used to pushing it aside. That feeling in your gut and your heart is your intuition and its just a muscle, like you hot booty, that needs to be worked! So this is what we’re going to do, work our intuition muscle!
I Invite You To Test Your Intuition Daily!
Over the next week LISTEN to your heart, even if its foreign to you, just listen. You might notice something when you hear someone inviting you somewhere, or for what to order off a menu, what do buy from the grocery store or getting that hair cut you always wanted…..just open up and listen.
I want you to then start writing all the initial feelings down in your iphone or journal and then start picking up how your mind takes over and says “Woooow…you can’t do that! How will you do that?!” and how you feel about that.
The more we’re aware that this is happening the sooner we can stop the pattern of the mind taking over and stopping all the fun

Now, I’m off to the gym and my heart is telling me to add cardio in, even though the plan is NO CARDIO on leg days…..but I am

this is such a great reminder. I think we do need to listen to our minds 40% of the time but that oterh 60% is definitely a heart matter. Let’s follow it with confidence!!

I am in this situation at the moment. I eat a predominantly vegan diet at the moment, but my tummy doesn’t seem to tolerate it too too much. I have been going back and forth as to whether I should start reintroducing some chicken and such into my diet to give my tummy a break from all those beans. My mind tells me no (for my own moral reasons) but my heart tells me yes, and no! Ha, I am torn! I guess I will figure it out at some point! Great post

Hi girl!! I was the SAME! Always follow your heart, my hairs now growing back with my decision to eat some eggs, fish, chicken
