Happy Friday, Doll!
How are ya??
We’ve actually moved from Chicago to Elkhart, Indiana for thursday and will be heading out of this wee town after we hit the gym with our awesome friends, Jim and Michelle….
I feel icky with being off my hardcore workout routine and off course eats, but I’ll be happy to be near a Whole Foods again tomorrow for some greens!!
I’ve literally been drinking 2-3 shakes a day to get my proper minerals in and trying my hardest to eat at places with salads, but kinda miss my lean proteins.
Today I have a treat for you that I made a day before we left. I ate them all in a day and a half. Doh!
You know me – sugar free, lower cal and high protein. These are great little snack pops for dessert!
Coconut Mocha Protein Pops:
1 can light coconut milk
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (vi shape shake mix)
1 tbsp coco powder
3-4 packs Krisda stevia
1/2 tsp ground coffee
To Make Coconut Mocha Protein Pops: mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into an ice tray and freeze for 2 hours.
These are dangerous, but pretty healthy, so we’re pretty good here with this treat, doll!
Comment Below! What are you treating on today??
To Your Glam Life,
xxoo

It’s always hard to maintain your healthy eating routine – to the “T” – when on vacation! I find taking along Ruth’s Chia Goodness for quick breakfasts and Greens+ is a great way to keep it up!
I splurged and got a latte this morning! Yummy morning treat.

Yummy!
Check out your muscles woman! You look fab. I need to try these treats ASAP.
Loving lean proteins too. That alone has changed my body composition drastically these last few weeks. It’s AMAZING.
I’d love to workout with you sometime on a weekend…could this be part of a life design coaching session? lol.

Looks delish! I need to stock up on coconut milk. Do you have any recipes with condensed milk? it’s not the healthiest but I love that stuff.
