Happy Monday, Doll!
How are ya? How was the weekend??
Mine was grand!
Besides sweating my butt cheeks off at the gym Saturday late afternoon, I grocery shopped and ate a lot at Whole Foods.
So you know how I love my salad bar at the WF, right?? Well I totally saw with my 2 eyes a kid pic up eggs and my favorite baked tofu from the bar, bite them and put them back. I may never eat salad bar again. #germaphobe
Anyways, I did find a sweet treat to fill my pms tank up quickly.
Hello Vegan Chocolate Mousse!! Who knew whole foods made this and never told me?! Yum!!
I also picked up a couple low G.I. Bars for snacking….
Love me some Simply Bars!!
The weekend was spent business building, seeing family, challenge parties and popcorn…
It was also spend in a daze where I shed a few tears out of frustration.
A Life Coach and Entrepreneur even has struggles in life too. Blah.
I’m in this space where I want more. I feel the urge to step out, have a huge brand, help people and change the world one YouTube video at a time, but I don’t know what to do…..
I sat here with Ryan last night telling all my woes.
He listened. Asked me what I think I bring to you and the world and I wasn’t sure! We agreed I needed my connection back. Use the universe as my partner and connect through journaling, my goddess cards and just the knowing that a sign will come to me on what makes me great that I can teach others.
I mean I know I have great qualities, but I’m ready to step up and change lives!! It’s time, I feel it, I just need to hear it.
What can we do together to figure out our life??
-Every day journal and allow that connection back in.
-Connect to the universe and ask questions….but release them so the attachment is gone.
-Allow 10 min of quietness in the day where meditation occurs. Allow the flow back in.
-Ask our homeboy, the universe questions!!
-Believe the answers are coming.
I’ve started this already today and feel great!!
Now, I’m off to get my 10 min meditation down and see if my destiny flows to me….then I’m off to sweat my rear off at the gym doing weights and sprints and then cookin up some breakfast!!
