Happy Thursday, Doll!
How are ya?
Summertime is finally showing here in Vancouver after mannnnnyyyy rainy cold days, the sun has been perking out and I was able to rock calls from the patio yesterday! Finally!!! Blah I hate cold weather.
You know I love my vitamin water zero as well
mmmmm!!
Yesterday was such a busy day. I find when I’m flowing with business my “a” game is on, I’m attracting new people to work with and hammering out 3 way calls has never been so successful and I find I’m most in flow when I’m über busy. Strange, right?
Normally people like to be slow and allowing the time to digest thoughts and feelings, but me….nah, bring on the busy! Flow happens when I’m thrown into the wolves….or crazy Visalisns ready for BMWs and Financial Freedom in their lives! Haha!!
Anywho, because yesterday was mucho crush day dinner was at 8pm.
I thought I was dying.
I rarely eat that late and the cranky kris was popping out of her office
Dinner was simple, filling and tasy!!
Italian Tomato Baked Tofu:
1 large package of Extra Firm Tofu
1/2 jar Organic Pasta Sauce
1 tsp Seasoning (I used Italian)
To Make Italian Tomato Baked Tofu: preheat oven to 400.
In a lasagna dish add cubed tofu.
Coat with pasta sauce and toss until evenly covered.
Bake for 30 minutes.
I served ours with a large green salad tornado and some baked yams. Yum!!
Now onto dessert…..
Teaser!!! This gem will be shining tomorrow on the blog for treat Friday
Comment Below!! Are you in flow with life, business, blogging, etc, when you’re busy or not??
To Your Glam Life,
xxoo
Kris

That tofu sounds fantastic! I am really enjoying tofu now I’m finding really flavourful ways to make it. Btw girl, made your chocolate peanut butter protein fudge last night – OMG so simple yet so delicious! Thank you!!!
And I also love Vitamin Water Zero – but, totally unfair, they have SO many more flavours in the US! I stock up on 6 packs of the lemonade because it’s a) amazing and b) I use it to make homemade iced passion tea lemonades that are 0 cals and sweetened with stevia! Soooo good!

I’m so excited that our weather finally turned around as well! All that rain was silly. That tofu looks super tasty! I never make tofu, but this may change things around for me.
