Happy Friday, Doll!
How are ya??
So its Friday! WOOT WOOT!
Starting the morning right with a nice cuppa joe and pondering my workout for the day. Most of my mornings start with me Giving Thanks, Allowing me to bathe in the Beautiful~ness of breathing {I totally we take this for granted!}, then I feed the dog, drink a lot of water, put coffee on, and check social media…then breakfast comes
During breakfast I set my day and map out what I’m creating and setting the action steps so I can crush it in full force!
Between this’ and that’s and workouts and getting ready….I fit in a lot of phone calls. Yesterday we even fit them in at Starbucks!
it was AMAZINGLY sunny FINALLY! Ahhh its going to happen again today. The sun and Starbucks. Love and Love.
Ok, and since we’re all honest around here, I’ll tell ya what I also fit in between my this’ and that’s…TREATS!
OMG, I’m bad at popping my hand into the fridge multiple times a day to fill my sweet tooth. But, come’on, you know this about me already and you also know that I love my mini frozen treats. My ice cube trays get used very often and not for ice cubes.
Today I have 2 fun treats for you!!
Mini Dairy Free Fruit CreamSicles!
Coconut Kiwi Pops & Monkey Butter Pops:
Coconut Kiwi Pops:
1/2 can Coconut Milk
5 drops Liquid Stevia
2.5 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Kiwi {diced}
2 squares Dark Chocolate {for garnish}
Monkey Butter Pops:
1/2 can Coconut Milk
2.5 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
5 drops Liquid Stevia
1/2 Banana {diced}
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
To Make Mini Dairy Free CreamSicles “Pops”: Place everything into a large mixing bowl and combine well.
Pour into ice cube trays.
Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
**I used 1 ice cube tray and did half and half so I had these 2 flavors for today
YUM!
Well, I think I found a workout to do this morning, so I must get me some breakfast!!
Comment Below! What are you treating on today??
To Your Glam Life,
xxoo
Kris

I need to fill my freezer with goodies like this!!
When are you doing a roundup of your 90 day crush it challenge? Can’t wait to hear about it!

Sounds delicious! Does light coconut milk work? Oh and do you think I could skip the protein powder or is it necessary for the texture? Can’t wait to try this

Ahhh…we must be aligned girlie — next recipe post I’ve planned is a protein pop recipe too! I love that you start your day off with gratitude. I need to make more time for remembering how many things I have to be thankful for!

I LOVE the idea of using ice cube trays for mini treats! As I mentioned before I made your cocoa PB fudge and it was amazing but a bit too liquidy (I added too much almond milk) so it froze in kind of a puddle lol. I don’t care, it tasted just as good, but next time Imma use your ice cube tray trick!
