I just wanted to check in, see how you are and keep you up to speed on what’s going on over here in paradise!

Before we dive in, I was thinking how amazing it is that for years I manifested to come to places like Atlantis, to travel and to be in the sun….last night Ryan and I realized this getaway hasn’t phased us, we weren’t in “awe”. Not because we’re not grateful, but because we’ve already been here in our minds and knew it was happening!! The power of thought

We ate breakfast then followed it up with this…geez, kris!

Ahhhh it was a good day!!
We did get to the gym here yesterday and rocked out weights….first time in 5 days!! I’m sore in the Bahamas!!
Today we head jet skiing, but first….Starbucks!!
