Happy Friday, Doll!!
So I know we normally do a treat today, but I’m exhausted and blogging from the Houston airport on Thursday eve…
I had a blast in the Bahamas and fell in love with blue water, friends and drinks at 11 am 
So now that I’m baaaaacccckkk I’m back on my health journey, back to sweating in the gym and back to eating greens and saying goodbye to quesadillas. Sad, I know 
. My thighs grew 2 sizes I swear and I’m not happy about it, but the fun I had repaid me. I’m back onto 2 shakes a day starting now and healthy snacks in between….along with mondo hiit sessions.
During this trip I learned a lot about myself, my business and my values!! Freedom drives me and running crazy towards it. The goals are being reworked today and I’m excited to rock them!

It looks like you had a great time. I am the same way on vacation. I end up drinking way too early and eating things that I normally wouldn’t eat. Good luck in the gym today, the first day back is always the hardest.
