Mint Chocolate Chip Greek Frozen Yogurt Cups

Happy Friday, Doll!

How are you?

I’m digging this Friday morning and I’m already into full swing “Friday Mode”….getting myself fueled up for a nice workout session and catching up on emails and FB messages!

Last night we hit up Starbucks at 9pm.  Normally I am getting myself ready for bed at that time…or on a call with the team, but instead I was getting hydrated.  I just realized another thing I can share about myself.  I am cheap.  Well, let me rephrase, I LOVE a good deal…..

So in the morning when I got my coffee, Starbucks gave me my receipt to come back after 1pm to get any grande cold beverage for $2!  DEAL!

We made a special trip for this unsweetened passion tea lemonade….heaven….

After many days of soul diving over here on the blog, we’re chatting food again!  Treats to be exact….tasty tasty treats.

I’ve been on my protein kick for a while now and I can tell you since I cut out all the grains, the protein-less treats, my body has been transforming.  So my “desserts” are always jam packed with high protein and goodness.  This is just what I find great for me at the moment and my abs are kinda showing now…so its working!

Desserts can be healthier, even my favorite mint chocolate ice cream!

Mint Chocolate Chip Greek Frozen Yogurt Cups:

*Makes 2 desserts

Use muffin liners or parchment paper to line the muffin tin.

Drop half of the mixture into 2 separate muffin tins and pop them in the freezer for at least 45 min.

Now its time to get this day started and crush it out!!  Have a wonderful Day 1 to the weekend!

To Your Glam Life,

xxoo
