I couldn’t help myself but post a little treat today. It will add a pep in our step and make us smile, right? I spent a lot of the day yesterday breaking down business, brainstorming, mapping out where I’m going next in my business ventures and brand and it got my heart racing. Most of the day took off on me and finally at 5pm I hit the gym….
I hope these truffles help with my biceps!! Comeonnnnnn bi’s, don’t fail me now.
I’m upping my weights and loving it!
Anyways the truffles are nothing fancy, no show stopper, but I did eat them all (2 before I even took a pic) and they satisfied me!
Honey Nut Truffles:
1/4 cup mixed nuts
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
To Make Honey Nut Truffles: Chop nuts in a food processor.
Add the nuts to a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients. (I did not melt my coconut oil for these truffles)
Roll into truffles and freeze! So simple and clean!
Oh! We leave on Thursday for Cali, so we heard Whole Foods here had a sale on boxes of bars, so we picked up some travel snacks! I love The Simply Bar in Lemon Coconut, totally my fav!
What’s your favorite bar right now?

Those look yummy can’t wait to try it. I haven’t tried any simply bars yet, but I think I’m going to pick up a couple for when I’m in the hospital, hopefully it will give some form of energy while I’m labouring. Have fun in Cali.

These look yummy! I’m a fan of the simply bars, too… but to be honest, I may have to claim Snickers as my favorite bar.
