I’ve been on a Life Changing High, as you can tell by the last few posts! How are you been applying the tips in the posts? Are you loving the changes you’re seeing within?? I sure hope so!
I’ve been on a love train lately with some things and I’m excited to share them with you.
Last week I flew with JetBlue to Anaheim and on the flight they gave me a little, tiny bag of POPCORNERS….in Caramel. Oh my word, they were good. I actually didn’t even open the bag until I got home and only ate a chip here and there. This whole little bag satisfied me for a WEEK. Now, they are gone…..
These will never come into my home again, until I’m completed my tight thighs and buns Challenge. They suck me in. So sweet and crunchy…..
What has replaced my cravings for my caramel chips is my new favorite, fluffy shake.
Chia Seeds in a shake are good, pear in a shake = AMAZING! The Vi Shakes taste like cake, so they add a “dessert” feel to any blended beverage I make! It’s awesome!
I’ve also been doing some hardcore antioxidant shakes with cinnamon, blueberries, kale, chia, and goji’s! YUM!
Onto my Organic, All Natural Skin Care by Michael Todd True Organics. I haven’t been on the all natural skin care train at all, until now. Quite frankly I was nervous on how it would treat areas I needed treating and wrinkles I needed preventing. But, so far so good, these products are very nice!
Last night I had a pampering and used the Pumpkin Mask, it was luxurious and smells of fresh pumpkin pie
After I pampered, I ate….peanut butter protein oat balls.
Ahhhh, those have been some things I’m loving right now!
How about you?? What have you been loving lately?
To Your Glam Life,
xxoo
Kris

I haven’t commented on your last posts but I’ve been LOVING them! I like this direction of positive change! You have amazing advice. Those peanut butter oat protein balls look insanely delicious! I’ve never tried pear in a shake before! Definitely need to try that out.

I haven’t been able to post in the last few days…sorry busy with the new little one. I have realized that I have to not take life to seriously and live it to what’s best for my family and I. Weather it be the way I feed my child to the way I have my house, if it works for us it works for us. If I explain everything it will take forever LOL.
Those oat balls look so yummy, now that little man is here I can start working out hard (after I get the okay from the doc).
Love reading daily!!!

It’s SO worth switching to organic products! I am 30 years, had acne and my skin care regime is (except for eye make-up remover) all organic and natural! And let me tell you, wrinkles and problem areas are not a problem!
I can recommend Dr Hauschka, Weleda and Caudalie!
