What Do You Want? {Writen Execise from Get Happy Now}

I come to from my living room, in my robe, with my coffee and with my dog on my lap.  It’s my perfect morning and I’m so grateful for the warmth I’m feeling at this moment.  Sappy?  Yea…..but I’m in that kinda mood today!  Let’s continue on the “you can do anything” attitude I’m giving off and let’s rock and roll, baby!

So you know I’m kinda loving my newest book, Get Happy Now!  It’s a nice simple read that has been blowing my mind lately and allowing me to dive into that space within that really allows the true vision and happiness of my purpose shine through.   Yesterday while in the bubble bath I read a chapter about finding out what you REALLY want….not what you don’t want, but what you do want.

You might be able to relate to this, you know when you ask someone “What do you want?” they will go on and on about “I don’t want to work 9-5 anymore” “I hate that I don’t travel”  “My health is not good!” and they will bombard you with everything they DO NOT want, but never tell you what their heart is truly telling them that they deserve and what makes them happy.  Interesting right?  I used to be like this, so I know what it’s like.  Have you?

Today I want to share an exercise with you that has changed my world in 10 simple minutes.

What Do You Want?

Take 10 minutes right now and write out your DREAM day!  Let’s pretend money is unlimited, you are doing what you love for a living and you can do anything you want in a day…..

Make sure you’re using Pen to Paper, it will make a world of a difference and there is the energy flow from mind, to hand, to pen to paper that will add magic to your dreams and the story on the paper.

How does it feel to have your perfect day written out?  Is it magical to feel the emotions?  Are you smiling?  Do you want to live it right now?

    Thanks Kris, I needed this today! I’m about to make a huge leap on something I really want to do & am having sever self doubt, I KNOW I can succeed, I just need to believe in it!
