Happy Friday! It’s also a happy day because today I celebrate the big, beautiful 32!
Late yesterday I got my last workout in at 31 years old so I could come home and make treats!
I was in and out of that gym in 30 minutes, rocked shoulders and abs while listening to Swedish House Mafia and thinking what healthy treat I could make for today…
You know me, I can’t do the sugary goodies, I needed to keep it clean and lean
Birthday Protein Bites:
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder {I used Vi Shape Shake Mix}
2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp honey
sundrops & dark chocolate
To Make Birthday Protein Bites: Mix dry ingredient together and mix the wet together.
Add the wet to the dry and combine well.
Add to a coconut oiled loaf pan or in my case, I used a glass tupperwear thingy…
Cut into squares and top with chocolate
Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve for a birthday girl or boy and always keep a fresh cup of coffee next to the plate.
Speaking of coffee, I’m off to make some now and dive into this amazing day! I have a few calls for business to take care of and some work on the new site for my other brand, then I think Ryan is taking me out….I have no idea where, but I love a good surprise! We’re having the family dinner tomorrow evening at one of my favorite seafood restaurants, SandBar! YUM!
Have a great weekend, doll!
To Your Glam Life,
xxoo

Happy Birthday Kris! I don’t have protein powder. Do you have any suggestions I can replace it with? Oat flour maybe?
