Peanut Butter Granola Bon Bon’s

Happy Monday!

I’m excited for this gorgeous new day!

The weekend was pretty nice, we had sun, I watched Breaking Dawn part 2 and got a lot of work done, but I also watch Ryan shoot videos for his site at the beach….

My sister is in LA where the sun is really shinning!! So jealous…but I’ll be there in 10 days, so I’ll live ;)

Omg, I made some fun and tasty treats on Saturday! These literally were made from whatever I had in the cupboard, sweating because I needed a treat and was flat out of chocolate. I know….not like me.

Peanut Butter Granola Bon Bon’s:

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (could use flax meal)
1 packet stevia

To Make Peanut Butter Granola Bon Bon’s: melt coconut oil and peanut butter together. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding more protein if needed.

Add tablespoon mounds onto a plate and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or homemade coconut oil chocolate sauce.

I ate them all. Then went on a hike for an hour and wanted more.
