Starting I Heart Wellness into a huge brand with thousands of readers a day, has always been my dream. It provides happiness in my life, excitement and true passion. Having a successful food blog where traffic flows to me through google searches and stepping into the amazing world of creating my own valuable products and services is GLORIOUS!
But it always hasn’t been this way in my Food Blogging life….or my life in general.
All my early life I struggled with Confidence issues and lacked a drive to do better in my “career”, most of my working life. I knew years ago that I wanted to create a successful food blog after relieving my own food allergies and really finding my healthy path, but kept repeating to myself “No one would ever listen to me! What do I have to share with people?” so being that “tiny” person I viewed myself as, I pushed my dream of my blog further and further away. I would cry at night feeling my purpose and passion was drifting far out of reach with each day that I let my ideas drop off.
When I finally decided to take the leap and launch i heart wellness I never wanted anyone to read it, but felt overwhelmed and upset that all these other blogs were seeing interaction and comments and I was stuck with no viewers. Go figure!? I questioned everything I did, cried every night and felt very negative about my abilities to do this “food blogging thang” I lacked confidence and leadership.
I wanted more, so I searched for more!
Finally after my realization that helping other become Healthy is MY PASSION, I wanted to learn every ounce of taking my brand to a side business. I spent hours upon hours of following online brand building products that had I purchased, to reading books, learning the nitty gritty of SEO and how to Build Relationships Online and how to use Social Media as the holy grail for all online businesses. I found that motivation {finally} that other bloggers and online marketers spoke of. I was able to break my shell, hop online and STEP into that Leadership role I was born to do! This belief and leadership is exactly what has lead my blog to the level of Success it is at today with thousands of daily readers!
