Well to be honest I wasn’t planning on another recipe going up today on the blog, but I was up early and I was bitten by the baking bug!
Brownies were dancing in my head, so that’s what went into and came out of my oven!
These are the kind of brownies you can eat after a workout, no guilt, perfect afternoon snack and a great after dinner treat! No added sugar in these brown babies, just natural goodness
I’m actually about to hit the gym for shoulders and abs and I just had a fluffy piece of brownie, perfect fuel for the workout ahead!
3 scoops vi shape shake mix (or protein powder of choice)
1 cup oat flour
5 packs stevia
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 medium banana mashed
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 25 min or until brown and fluffy
I’m going to pack these up and take them for a Starbucks work day today!!
