Black Bean Protein Mocha Brownies

I hope you had a beautiful weekend!  If you follow me on Facebook and Twitter you know I did!

We spend a lot of time at Whole Foods.  I swear they know me by name, I always share the 90 Day Challenge with them and I eat like a horse at the salad bar.  This was my “snack” yesterday…

Along with this bad jane!  Hello Vit Water ZERO!!!  Where have you been??  Canada is FINALLY so happy to see you!  I love “Go Go”!

Besides feasting at Whole Foods, drinking endless amounts of Organic French Roast and homemade goodies, we saw The Hunger Games with our Friends, Rachel and Josh on Saturday night!  I really enjoyed it!  I had no idea what the movie was even about, but the preview looked good, so we decided to see it and I was IN that movie running with her the whole time!

After the movie we went for a late “Cheat Meal” and many glasses of red…..

Rachel and I are rocking the Jamie Eason LiveFit Program together on our Challenge, so we’re allowed 1 cheat meal a week.

I opted for a Tandoori Pizza.  To. Die. For.  and 2 glasses of Pinot.  I LOVE CHEAT DAY!!

I went to bed a wee bit spinny, I won’t lie 😉

Sunday was super chill.  We did a bit of shopping a lot of business and a good tasty meal at home – Baked Salmon with Salad and Brussels!

Today, I have a fun Treat that will fit into your Fitness Meal Plan, give you Protein, Fiber and loads of curing for your sweet tooth.  Gawd, I love Stevia!

Black Bean Protein Mocha Brownies:

1 can Black Beans

1/2 cup Vi Shape Shake Mix {or Vanilla Protein Powder

6 packs of Krisda Stevia

1 tbsp Ground Coffee

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Almond Milk

2 Eggs

To Make Black Bean Protein Mocha Brownies: Preheat oven to 350.

In a blender, blend all ingredients together.

Pour into a greased 8″ cake pan or 8×8 square pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.

FYI.  These are amazing with a smear of Coconut Oil on them 😉  LOVE.

Today I have some running around to do early this morning, Sephora, Bank and Starbucks, you know, the usual 😉  Then its back to business and getting my Chest and Tri’s all worked out!
