In 2011 I Had $3 In My Pocket…

Happy Tuesday, Doll!

How are ya?

Ahhh we had such a fun evening hanging with some of our local team over at Ryan’s sister, Krista’s place, making calls, sipping wine, eating taco chips and laughing!

The most calls made, videos sent out and customers or promoters signed up got a prize!  We had a fun fun time :)

I wanted to take today to really share that miracles are here and always around us.  Even when times are tough and finances freaking stink, miracles are here.

This picture came across my facebook the other day and I shared it on the I Heart Wellness Fanpage.  “The Rock” used to tickle my fancy back in my WWF days {I know dad, I’m sorry….} and he was something full of hotness.  But besides all the good looks, peoples eyebrows and “Roody Poo CandyAss’”, he was obviously like us and open to allowing Miracles into his life!

As I laid on the couch 1.5 years ago without cable, internet or a home phone I wondered what the universe had in store for us.  Would I be a successful Life Coach on Oprah one day with a mega brand full of passionate ladies rocking I Heart Wellness T’s??  Would I be a speaker sharing my story all over the world?  Would I personal train and help people get healthy?  Would a killer vegan, gluten free cookie sell to the masses and create an income my family could live off of?

Out of all of the above passions of mine, I’ve tried a few and some of them have worked.

As I was eyeball deep in my own shit learning how to help others through theirs I literally had $3 in my wallet.  That $3 was my “emergency fund” in case I needed gas, almond milk or a couple apples.  I know my story has been all over this blog about how things changed around for us and we could get back on our feet and make more income than most people could dream of making a month with our passions pouring and changing lives around us with health and wealth, but really, what I didn’t know when I would cry at night was a miracle was shining its head.

When I read the quote from The Rock above it really made my heart flutter.  Man, I was there.  I know how this successful man feels to KNOW in his heart that better was coming, that freedom was around the corner.  As much as my life sucked when we couldn’t afford a dang thing, I wouldn’t have traded it for anything….I’ll tell ya WHY!  I learned more about myself, my strength, my confidence, my relationships, my passion, my values and my connection with my Homegirl, the Universe than I would have ever have gotten to know if I was still working a 9-5 building someone else’s dream.

The miracle isn’t that a business found us where we could thrive, the miracle is that I found out who I was and found out how to LISTEN to Miracles!  The miracle is that I have what it takes to help others through not loving themselves and hating being stuck in a dead end job.  Freedom runs through my veins and its my number 1 value, but until being let go from my job and struggling, I never would have known I’m so flipping passionate about helping other people get free, that I have a reason for waking up in the morning!

Wake up and see that you can change your life right now!  Know in your BONES that you can take your life wherever you desire.

YES YOU!

Do you love where your life is now?

Do you know where your life is headed?

Do you know who you are?

Do you have goals, dreams, visions?

Are you scared of taking a risk in case you fail?

Are you tired of working your dead end job?

Are You Ready For Change?

I believe the universe will give you signs, always, but you have to be READY for the change for your eyes and heart to see the hand and feel the love to own it.

14 months ago I was ready and knew in my heart that things will be better for Ryan and I and our families.  You have to know in your heart that things are ready to be stirred up in your life as well for things to be stirred!

Oh My Goodness, I am fired up this morning!  For some reason I could look at the above pic and get my engines rawwwwrrrringgg, and not in the man muscles kinda way, but in the “I Can Do ANYTHING” kinda way!

I hope you found some drive out of this post and something that you can take away and use for a rainy day, or for TODAY!

Comment Below! Have you ever had a quote, person or miracle change your life?  Fill us in below!

To Your Glam Life,

xxoo

Good Morning! Uplifting and thought provoking words! Thank you! I am reading “My Stroke of Insight” by Jill Bolte Taylor, there is a sentence which I needed to read over again and again…”I wondered how I could have spent so many years in this body, in this form of life, and never really understood I was just visiting here.” Made me stop and think…Have an awesome day Kris! Lots of Love Mom

Love, love, LOVE this! I’m sending that Rock pic to my hubs as soon as I finish this comment. He lost his job and it took a looooonnnngggg time to find something else. He finally did and he loves it but getting back to where we were financially is definitely taking time. Thank you for the inspiration and the reminder that our potential is limitless.

How fortunate. That’s exactly what i was questioning this morning, then i logged on to facebook before i headed out, and *your words* were in front of me on my facebook feed (And this stumbling point builds off of how i discovered this blog and found the path towards clear skin–a decade long process)! You are so right about how the certain moments in life shape your vision for your life to come. They can serve to provide, if one is willing, moments in time that act as learning curves that push us inch by inch towards our dreams, goals and aspirations! And the path towards the good life is one where we freely choose to perceive these events are valuable, with hope that “Whatever I need is here and it is for my greatest good” (Wayne Dyer).

LOVE THIS BLOG! THANKS THANKS THANKS :)

Beautiful post. I’ve always envisioned doing the job I’m doing now… it’s still tough (probationary period), but I hope that this will remain my job in the future. It definitely was a miracle that I even got it, but I envisioned it, worked towards it, and prayed for it.

There’s always room to move up and forward, though. Now that I’ve accomplished so many of my goals, I’m kind of in a rut so, to speak. I’m hoping that new goals and challenges will present itself soon. Thanks for reminding me that miracles do happen!!
